We have built a UK payroll and HR module for IS which is now included as part of the standard UK IS build.  This is based on our web based payroll, thus removing the need for regular payroll upgrades, and includes full Nominal integration from the payroll.  It also includes local Employee tables within IS with automatic bidirectional sync between the local IS table and the web payroll tables.
