Forgot to mention in last post, I'm flying a little blind with using the ontrol as when I tried to play the video on using it. I can hear the commentary but I cannot see the screen shots that go with it, do I need to download flashplayer or some specific video viewer ?
At the moment I've played it with my Interprise open and followed it down the customer form ...following the instructions as I go...
